Willkommen in der Welt von PadelCity!
Unsere Vision ist es, Padel zum festen Bestandteil eures täglichen Lebens zu machen. Mit Wurzeln in Acapulco, gewachsen in Spanien und jetzt auf dem Vormarsch in Deutschland, haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, diesen aufregenden „neuen“ Sport so schnell wie möglich in unsere Sportkultur zu integrieren. Unser Ziel ist es, Menschen auf den Courts zusammenzubringen und ihnen den Zugang zum Spielen so einfach wie möglich zu gestalten.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Sehr sauer und neu
Negative Erfahrung: Ich habe vor einem halben Jahr das erste Mal in der Halle gespielt und war sehr zufrieden. Heute allerdings haben wir einen mit snus und anderen Tabakwaren verdreckten Platz vorgefunden, was anscheinend schon seit Monaten ein Problem ist, wenn ich mir hier manche Rezessionen ansehe. Das Hauptproblem waren allerdings die Leihschläger. Diese sind nicht mehr gesperrt und liegen offen rum. Von 5 verfügbaren Schlägern war einer komplett abgeknickt und die anderen 4 waren kaum spielbar. Jeweils auf mindestens einer Seite war die Plastikverkleidung komplett durchgebrochen, sodass es nicht möglich war Schläge mit einer Gewissheit und Konstanz zu spielen. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass es auch keine Security mehr gab, aber es war mal deutlich besser!
Negative Erfahrung: Gepflegt, Getränkeautomat, gute Parkplätze aber die Deckenhöhe, da wird mir jeder Spieler Recht geben, ist eine Frechheit.
Fantastische Erfahrung: Buchung immer unkompliziert. Plätze super!
Negative Erfahrung: Die Anlage an sich ist gut, aber ohne Toilette und offensichtlich ohne Reinigung-Service

Negative Erfahrung: Definitely not my favorite spot to play Padel in Munich. My primary complaint is about the ceiling height. To begin with, the ceiling is fairly low when comparing to Sportschecks indoor courts. What makes this indoor hall more frustrating are the AC and other electronics hanging off the ceiling - they are not “symmetrical”, which means lobbing a ball from the left side will hit something on the ceiling, whereas from the right it might be fine. The courts are also very loud (but this is a downside of all indoor courts) My second complaint is more geared towards the people that play in these courts - why do you have to leave your used snus on the court? Do you realize how gross that is? There is a trash can 5 meters from the court… also how addicted do you have to be to use snus while playing? I hope PadelCity holds the people who did this accountable - I really do expect my courts to be clean when I play on them.

You're right to point out the ceiling situation. While we work within the structural limits of the building, we fully understand how frustrating it can be when elements like the AC units interfere with gameplay, especially for lobs. This is something we’re actively reviewing, and your perspective helps us prioritize the right improvements. However, your pretty sure know that finding an appropriate indoor location in the Munich area is quite tough. We do our best.
Regarding the cleanliness of the courts — especially the issue with used snus — we’re 100% with you. That kind of behavior is not acceptable, and we’re already taking steps to reinforce clear rules and ensure everyone respects the space. Clean courts should be a basic expectation, not a bonus.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Edit: After my review of broken rackets, they have been replaced and are up to the standard.
Positive Erfahrung: Anlage mit zwei schönen, modernen und ebenen Courts, allerdings 2 Sterne Abzug aufgrund der niedrigen Deckenhöhe (ca. 6m)
Positive Erfahrung: Guter Ort zum Pádel spielen. Einfache Buchung über die weltweit bekannte Playtomic-App. Die Decken sind leider etwas niedrig, da kann man sich jedoch anpassen und es bringt zusätzlich Spannung (und Emotionen) ins Spiel bleibt (noch) in meinen Top 3 Pádel locations in München

Fantastische Erfahrung: Hi, ich hatte heute das Vergnügen eine Trainerstunde bei Guillem zu nehmen. Es war großartig; er ist sehr freundlich, professionell, motivierend und hat mir viele hilfreiche Tipps für Verbesserungen gegeben. Aus meiner Erfahrung der beste Coach mein Spiellevel ist Advanced.

Fantastische Erfahrung: 1A Padelanlage im Norden Münchens. Duschen und Parkplätze vorhanden und faire Preise. Das einzige Manko ist vielleicht die Höhe der Halle, welche manchmal in die Quere kommt. Ansonsten alles tip top.

Negative Erfahrung: Terrible. Really shocked at the quality of these indoor padel courts for such a big city - a city where you probably have to play padel indoors a lot due to the weather?! Reasons - lighting, sound, height of ceiling, size of area, heating/air flow, no on is working there, the rental padels just in a box. All round terrible. Germany / PadelCity come on I think you can do better?! Also some of these photos shown on google maps don’t show the space correctly.
Positive Erfahrung: Gute Preise, gute Verfügbarkeit, da man über eine Woche im Voraus buchen kann, leider ist jedoch das Dach etwas zu niedrig, um Paddel zu spielen. Ansonsten alles wunderbar.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ein schön dekorierte Halle mit 2 Padel-Feldern, Liegestühlen und Zuschauertribüne. Es gibt sogar Schläger und Bälle die man ausleihen kann. Ich frag mich aber wo die restlichen Felder sind die man auf den Fotos sieht.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Awesome Padel Club near the Olympiapark in the center of Munich. It is located right next to the U-Bahn Station, and is easy to reach from anywhere. The courts and all the equipment are in great sate. I would definitely recommend checking it out if you want to play padel. For me it is the place to go and the people there are awesome
Positive Erfahrung: The situation is improved since last time, now there are 2 courts and basketball is deleted. But the roof is still a problem, the lob is a key shot for padel and this doesn't work. People will come here till new indoor courts will be built in Munich

Positive Erfahrung: 2 gute Indoorplätze, Nähe U3 OEZ, eigenen sich für fertig hinkommen (keine Umkleide), selbst seine Sportauarüstung mitbringen (Leihschläger sind eher im schlechten Zustand)und wieder gehen. Man muss wissen, dass niemand Vorort ist. Toiletten sind im angrenzenden Fitnessstudio evtl. auch Umkleiden. Halle nicht beheizt, Getränkeautomat und Liegestühle vorhanden Nachtrag : 29.11. Die Halle ist beheizt und die Schläger wurden erneuert und sind inzwischen in gutem Zustand
Danke für dein Feedback, liebe Marlene. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass du auf unserer Anlage gespielt hast. Unsere Umkleiden befinden sich - wie Du richtig geschrieben hast - am Kopf der Halle im Fitnessstudio, mit denen wir eine Partnerschaft haben. Wir arbeiten aktuell dran, dass zukünftig auch jemand vor Ort sein wird. Hoffentlich sehen wir uns bald wieder.
Fantastische Erfahrung: Super Anlage in sehr guter Lage in München, leicht zu erreichen mit U-Bahn und Bus. Die Courts und Leihschläger sind in Top Zustand. Toiletten und Umkleiden sind auch vorhanden und sauber im Fitnessstudio daneben. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Coole Padel Anlage, alles sauber und gepflegt, Schläger waren reichlich vorhanden in top zustand. Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, Jederzeit wieder!
Fantastische Erfahrung: Der Platz war sehr ordentlich und ich habe bei ein paar Fragen direkt einen Ansprechpartner am Platz gefunden. Generelle Erfahrung war sehr positiv, Padel ist einfach ein phantastischer Sport und die Anlagen von Padel City, unter anderem auch die einfache Buchung und das Ausleihen von Schlägern, sind weiter zu empfehlen.
Fantastische Erfahrung: Klasse Location! Die Plätze sind gepflegt und gut. Die Abwicklung über die App funktioniert reibungslos und der Service ist Klasse.

Lieber Edcangri, da hast du recht. Wir sind noch nicht perfekt, aber wir arbeiten daran. Uns ist es wichtig, möglichst vielen Menschen einen Ort zum Padelspielen anzubieten. Das ist nicht ganz einfach in München. Entsprechend glücklich sind wir darüber, eine zentrale Halle zu haben. Die Ausstattung ist bereits eine andere und wir freuen uns auf deinen nächsten Besuch mit einer noch besseren Erfahrung. Danke und liebe Grüße
Negative Erfahrung: Nur 3 Schläger am Court (spielen war deshalb nicht möglich) --> gibt zwar eine Rückerstattung aber trotzdem war der Tag gelaufen. Kein Personal da, um darauf zu reagieren Keine Garderoben & keine Toiletten
Hallo Pascal, es tut uns wirklich leid, dass du so eine Erfahrung bei uns gemacht hast. Das darf nicht passieren. Wir wissen selbst wie ärgerlich es ist, wenn man sich auf ein Spiel freut und es dann aus so einem Grund nicht stattfinden kann. Wenn wir mal selbst nicht vor Ort sind (es ist leider schwierig, bei den Öffnungszeiten permanent präsent zu sein, aber daran arbeiten wir bereits), findest du auf den Plakaten in der Anlage zwei Telefonnummern, unter denen wir immer erreichbar sind und Fehler sofort korrigieren können. Die Anlage wurde gerade erst mit zahlreichen, neuen Schlägern ausgestattet, sodass das nicht noch mal vorkommt. Wir hoffen, du gibst uns eine weitere Chance. Danke und beste Grüße
Negative Erfahrung: There are better places. The roof is not very high, the court is okay-ish. No staff No toilets No changing rooms They increased the price with no reason and no improvements (I guess they want the players pay for the 2nd court they installed).

Very sorry to read this review and to learn about your experience. You are absolutely right: They are certainly better places. We would also love for a higher roof and a bigger facility. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to find such a space in a city like Munich. We are constantly looking and are hoping to offer more and bigger venues for our community. We exist, because we love Padel and we want everyone to have an amazing experience, when they play at one of our venues. We added a really nice vending machine to the facility as well as more staff and coach presence. We are still quite a bit cheaper than the other indoor option in Munich and have toilets and changing at our venue. You find them on the other end of the facility. We added the second court for people to have more options to play and because we got a lot of complaints due to the noise of the basketball players. We hope to see you soon again at a PadelCity facility. All the best and kind regards
Negative Erfahrung: Konnten nicht spielen, weil ein Schläger zu wenig da war. Aber auch keiner vor Ort/kein Service. Schläger abgenutzt und angeblich dann auf dem court vorhanden, bei uns nicht der Fall. Keine Toiletten Keine Umkleidekabine Keine Schließfächer

das tut uns wirklich leid! Wir haben das Thema mittlerweile behoben und es wird nie wieder vorkommen. Es gibt eine Box für Leihschläger und es sind immer ausreichend gute und meistens auch neue Schläger vor Ort. Wir sind nicht dauerhaft präsent, das ist richtig. Aber wir sind immer erreichbar. Die Infos dazu sind prominent in der Halle platziert. Toiletten, Umkleiden inkl. Duschen und Schließfächer findet ihr am Kopf der Halle. Hoffentlich bis bald und Danke für dein Feedback - nur so können wir besser werden!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe das erste Mal hier Padel gespielt und es hat mir großen Spaß gemacht. Trotz Hitze gut belüftet, da man das Tor ganz weit öffnen kann. Unkompliziert konnten wir uns beim FC Club die Schläger ausleihen, Bälle waren direkt am Court. Also einfacher geht´s nicht.
Negative Erfahrung: I have played in many courts and this has been my worst experience so far Built to be a money machine, not caring about the experience of the players: no staff, poor illumination, and plenty of ads all over the place On top of that, whilst we were playing there were construction builders setting up a second padel court. It was so noisy that it was impossible focusing on the game. If the owners would respect their customers and their own reputation, they would not open during construction works I wish I could give zero stars

sorry for only responding to this now. We share your frustration. I was also there during the construction phase and you are right: it was a mistake to open the facility, before completing the construction work. We ran behind, unfortunately and had promised to re-open by a certain date. Our communication was poor and we apologize for it. The "ads" you mentioned are installed as a result of the wishes from our community. The day-light on the sides of the facility was so heavy that we closed all of it down and rather did it in our company look and feel (for which we are obviously not paid, hence no ads at all here) than a different look. It may sound cynical for you after that experience, but the player experience is our highest priority. We hope, we get a second chance from you to make it right. Fantastische Erfahrung: Tolle Erfahrung. Bin kein Padel Spieler und habe mir deswegen Leihschläger geholt. Hat mega Spaß gemacht und uns hat die Atmosphäre vor Ort sehr gefallen. Das Personal meinte, dass demnächst ein zweiter Court folgt. Wird also vermutlich noch cooler

Fantastische Erfahrung: Spiele hier regelmäßig Padel und bin doch sehr erstaunt über die Rezensionen, die ich hier gelesen habe. Alle leihschläger sind in hervorragendem Zustand und die zentrale Lage mit U-Bahn Nähe ist einzigartig in München. Habe mich riesig über die Info gefreut, dass hier bald ein weiterer Court entsteht und kein Basketball mehr gespielt wird.
Positive Erfahrung: There is only one court, but in good conditions overall. If don’t have your own rackets DO NOT come here. 3 of the 4 rackets are broken and the other one is in horrible conditions. Edit: after my review they did change the rackets and they are brand new! Great service

sorry for your bad experience at our venue. There is no excuse for that. We try to be present as much as possible at the facility and take care of rackets and all other equipment. Negative Erfahrung: There are better places to play padel, way too loud at times, ceiling too low, almost all the rental rackets are broken and on top of that, if you have problems with your reservation (e.g. need to cancel on short notice due to sickness or injury of several players) the number provided does not respond. Poor customer service. My friends and I will not play there again and I would not recommend it either.

The ceiling we cannot change, unfortunately, but the situation with the basketball, the rental rackets and our customer service is completely different now. Fantastische Erfahrung: Auf dem Padelplatz zu stehen ist immer und überall ein Highlight, aber der Vibe in München ist wirklich besonders. Da ist Energie in der Halle, wenn mehrere Sportarten gleichzeitig gezockt werden. Und vorallem das neue Branding - überragend! Immer wieder gerne!
Negative Erfahrung: Not much of a Padel City with 1 court sharing space with a basketball court. It's loud and annoying. On top of that, ¾ of the rackets provided were broken.

you are right: this is our smallest facility, but we are constantly looking for a larger venue in Munich. A lot has changed since your last visit, however: We have two courts at the facility and no more basketball. All rackets are frequently exchange and no rackets are broken. Positive Erfahrung: El techo es un poco bajo y a veces el ruido del baloncesto más la música molesta. Pero es la mejor pista cubierta que hay en Múnich. El encargado es muy majo.
