Fantastische Erfahrung: Very cool facility where you can play all year round, regardless of the weather. The single courts also allow you to play in pairs. The staff are really helpful and always available to answer questions.

Negative Erfahrung: The changing rooms and bathrooms are moist and filthy. There is a mold problem they are ignoring.

Negative Erfahrung: Haben einen einzelplatz gebucht und die Rückwände sind einfach Gitter statt Gläser. Hat keinen Spaß gemacht und der Ball springt anders. Da wurde Geld am falschen Ende gespart. Sehr schade.

Positive Erfahrung: Man darf von der Location nicht zu viel erwarten. Sie befindet sich auf einem industrieähnlichen Gelände ohne auffällige Hinweisschilder in einer alten Industriehalle ohne viel Schnickschnack. Nach kurzer Orientierung ist die Halle und die Zugänge dann doch auffindbar. Die gesamte Organisation wirkt eher improvisiert und der Tresen an dem man Racket's, Bälle oder Getränke ordern kann ist personell spärlich besetzt und dazu in unserem Fall nur der englischen Sprache mächtig. Die Toiletten und Umkleidebereiche erinnern mich eher an eine in die Jahre gekommen Schule...also nutzt man den Bereich nur im Notfall. Abseits der Court's steht einiger ausgedienter Kram rum, was keinen sehr einladenden Eindruck macht. Das Spielen selber war aber genial und darum geht es halt, weil es in Berlin kaum Möglichkeiten zum Indoor spielen gibt. Die Atmosphäre ist schon motivierend uns sorgt für eine gute Stimmung beim Spielen. Wir werden sicher bald wieder ein Game starten. Auf alle Fälle gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze auf dem Gelände.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Club de Padel FC is an amazing place to play padel in Berlin. The facilities are top-notch — very clean, well-maintained, and both the indoor and outdoor courts are in excellent condition. There’s a great sporty vibe overall, with the option to also play volleyball and pickleball, which brings a lot of energy and variety to the place. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always making you feel welcome. In the afternoons, there’s even a boat bar right in front of the club where you can grab a drink and relax after your game — a really nice touch that makes the experience even better. Highly recommended whether you’re here to train, play with friends, or just enjoy the lively atmosphere!

Negative Erfahrung: The 1v1 Padel courts has no Tempered Glass, it's Metal Mesh all around and you cant even bounce the ball on it correctly. Asking the Worker at the desk if he has anything to say about the fact that it's not mentioned anywhere, he said "This 1v1 Padel court doesnt exist officially, and It's completely fine to not mention these details about the court online" To be fair; the 2v2 courts look totally fine.

Positive Erfahrung: Es gibt viele Plätze drinnen sowie draußen. Preislich gesehen liegt es auf dem Niveau der Konkurrenz. Es gibt eine kleine Umkleidekabine und Toilette, die könnten aber überholt werden. Parkplätze gibt es genügend und nach dem Spiel kann man sich an Wasser setzen.

Negative Erfahrung: Leider ein Padel-Platz mit einigen Mängeln. Die Anlage hat mehrere offensichtliche Mängel, die schon seit Jahren bestehen – ältere Bewertungen weisen bereits auf genau dieselben Probleme hin, was zeigt, dass sich die Betreiber offenbar nicht um Verbesserungen kümmern. Die Courts sind stark verdreckt und verstaubt, was das Spiel nicht angenehm macht. Vor allem an den Ecken liegen derart viele Filzreste, Steine und gesammelter Sand. Sämtliche Glasscheiben der Courts sind sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt, sie wurden offensichtlich noch nie gereinigt. Die Lichtverhältnisse sind leider auch nur unzureichend – gerade am Abend gibt es viele dunkle Bereiche und störende Schatten. Am Tage blenden die großen Fensterfronten sehr stark - könnte man mit einfachen Mitteln abhängen. Die Plätze sind zudem viel zu nah nebeneinander gebaut. Klar, das Gebäude gibt nicht mehr her, aber so wird man ständig durch Bälle der Nachbarcourts gestört und kann selbst nur einen halben Meter neben den Courts vorbeilaufen. Zu schlechter Letzt muss man noch sagen, dass die gesamte Anlage auf Englisch geführt wird. Als Zweitsprache für ausländische Gäste mag das in Ordnung sein, aber als Hauptsprache mitten in Berlin unzureichend. Insgesamt wirkt die gesamte Anlage lieblos geführt und sehr ungepflegt. Da sind wir wirklich eine andere Qualität gewöhnt. Lest euch unbedingt auch die zahlreichen anderen Bewertungen durch.

Positive Erfahrung: Sehr schöne Padel Anlage in industrial Look. Die Plätze sind einwandfrei bespielbar und hochwertig. Leider finde ich persönlich jedoch, das die Lichtverhältnisse in der Halle ziemlich schlecht sind und man so gut wie immer geblendet wird durch die Fenster im oberen Hallenbereich. Daher leider nur 3 Sterne.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Coole Anlage, viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Es war unser erstes Mal und der hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter Junaid hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns alles in Ruhe zu zeigen. Man kann sich auch Schläger sowie Bälle vor Ort ausleihen. Ich würde eher empfehlen eigene mitzubringen :) Ansonsten kommen wir definitiv wieder!”

Positive Erfahrung: It’s freezing in there—they definitely need more heaters. There’s one in the lounge, but after four matches, playing a 350gps tournament until 11pm at night in a fleece and leggings and still feeling frozen isn’t ideal. My body was really not able to warm up after 4 long matches. Considering the cost, the facilities aren’t quite up to standard, compared to PadelCity where the temperature is maintained with a big heater in the ceiling. The courts and events are great, but the conditions make it hard to play proper padel.

Positive Erfahrung: Sehr schöner Ort. Auf dem linken Einzel-Cort blendet die untergehende Abendsonne und es gibt keine Heizung. Das muss man wissen. Sonst ist alles da was man braucht. Ich komme wieder!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Spiele seit November 2024 dort 1-2 mal die Woche im Single seit kurzem auch im Doppel wenn es sich ergibt. Fühle mich beim Padel FC richtig wohl,tolles Personal, freundlich und super Nett. Wir kam schon mal 30min zuspät und dürften diese Zeit sogar dran hängen. Im Winter zwar Kalt dort aber man Spielt sich sehr schnell war von daher für mich kein Problem. Die Spieler/innen die dort spielen auch echt Nett einfach eine tolle Atmosphäre.

Positive Erfahrung: Super: - Wir hatten gebucht von 20-21 Uhr und 2 Padel-Schläger ausgeliehen, konnten auch noch 5min länger spielen. - Die englisch-sprachigen Personen waren sehr nett und auskunftsfreudig. - Parkmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto sind einwandfrei, großes Areal Neutral: - In der Halle ist es kalt, daher an alle sportlichen Freunde, Bewegung!! Potenzial: - Preise sind so lala - schon etwas teuer. - Schade, dass nicht alle Plätze mit Glas ausgestattet sind. Die 2 Single-Plätze haben Gitter, das Spielen über Gitter ist dann leider sehr unkalkulierbar.

Negative Erfahrung: Extrem kalt im Winter, kein großer Unterschied zur Außentemperatur!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Gute Anlagen! Hat im Winter auch auf (warme Sportsachen im Winter sind empfehlenswert). Freundliches Personal. Einfache Buchung über Playtomic. Padel Schläger für 4€ ausleihbar und Padelbälle für 3€. Duschen und umkleiden sind vorhanden. Ich habe öfter gesehen, dass dort Turniere stattfinden und Trainings angeboten werden, bei Bedarf Personl ansprechen. Auch werden kleine Snacks wie Nüsse, schockoriegel sowie Softdrinks/ Bier an der Theke verkauft. Es gibt zwei Outdoor Anlagen. Aufenthaltsbereiche sind neben der Theke vorhanden, im Sommer auch außerhalb. Rundum gehe ich hier gerne spielen. Die Erreichbarkeit ist etwas umständlich, jedoch gibt es sehr oft Miles Autos zum mieten in der Anlage.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Spiele regelmäßig beim Padel FC und bin extrem zufrieden — der Service ist immer top, sehr zuvorkommend und gute Atmosphäre, man merkt die gemeinschaftliche Stimmung mit vielen Events etc., habe schon viele liebe Leute kennengelernt. Negative Erfahrung: Schlechter Service und Unfaire Abrechnung bei Padel FC Unser Besuch bei Padel FC war leider eine Enttäuschung. Wir hatten zwei Courts für zwei Stunden reserviert, mussten jedoch kurzfristig umplanen, da einige Leute abgesprungen sind. Wir waren uns bewusst, dass wir trotz allem für beide Courts zahlen müssten, wenn sie nicht weitervergeben werden. Zu unserer Überraschung hat jedoch eine andere Gruppe einen der gebuchten Courts eine volle Stunde lang genutzt. Als wir das bei der Bezahlung angesprochen haben, wurde uns trotzdem der volle Preis für beide Courts berechnet – keine Entschuldigung, ein Preisnachlass equivalent 10 min..Der Service war unfreundlich und uneinsichtig, obwohl wir das Problem höflich geschildert haben. Statt Kundenorientierung und Entgegenkommen haben wir Ignoranz und Desinteresse erfahren. Schade, denn der Sport macht Spaß – aber der Service bei Padel FC hinterlässt einen bitteren Nachgeschmack. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Negative Erfahrung: Extrem unprofessionell und enttäuschend! 03.09.2024 - 10:30 Uhr: Ich hatte am Vortag für heute um 10 Uhr ein Spiel gebucht und war bereits um 9:45 Uhr auf dem Gelände. Leider war das gesamte Gelände verlassen, bis 10:30 Uhr war immer noch kein Mitarbeiter vor Ort, um die Tür zu öffnen oder uns irgendeine Information zu geben. Das ist besonders ärgerlich, da ich die Buchung im Voraus bezahlt habe und keinerlei Benachrichtigungen erhalten habe – weder über eine mögliche Stornierung noch über eine Verspätung. Mehrere Versuche, jemanden über die hinterlegten Telefonnummern zu erreichen, blieben erfolglos. Auch auf der Website und den Social-Media-Seiten war keine Information über eine mögliche Schließung oder Verspätung zu finden. Vor Ort warteten später noch weitere Kunden vergeblich auf Einlass. Es ist völlig inakzeptabel, Kunden so lange warten zu lassen, ohne jegliche Information oder Möglichkeit zur Kontaktaufnahme. Als Kunde habe ich auch andere Verpflichtungen und kann nicht „den ganzen Tag“ auf eine unprofessionelle Organisation warten. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um – extrem enttäuschend und ärgerlich. Sehr schade.

Negative Erfahrung: Very unfriendly, and inflexible owner. Nice indoor courts, but you better not step outside of his strict rules or you will pay. We are two couples, with 4 young kids among us. We wanted to play padel together for a long time. We finally got a babysitter (50 euros). Unfortunately only outdoor courts were available. We knew it is the rainy season but figured if its sprinkling a bit we can always wear a jacket and still play. We are not snowflakes!! This was our first time at Padel FC. On the day of the booking it was raining all day off and on, not hard, just drizzling. We knew if we had to cancel it would be very difficult to rebook, get a new babysitter, etc. So we decided to risk it and play with a little bit of rain. When we got there the courts were flooded (see photos). We asked if there were any other options, but all courts booked out. Thats fine, so I asked if we can rebook the outdoor court for another time as a solution. The answer was no. There is a cancellation policy of 48 hours, if you do not cancel proactively via telephone, tough luck. We thought this is unfair, as we actually did not intend to cancel but instead play with a little bit of rain. We expected a safe playable court to be provided to us as per the contract. We had not been to the location before so assumed if the courts were rented to us, they would be playable. The courts were not playable. I escalated to the owner. He refused to reimburse us our fee for the courts (50 euro). Instead he offered a discount on a future booking...? Why would we pay full price for a court we could not use. Why was the court not cleaned and the water removed before our booking? If it was not possible to remove the water (which is what he told me), then responsibility for cancellation should be on the service provider as they were unable to provide their service, not the other way around. The contract is such that a safe, playable court will be provided to us for the fee. The contract was not honored an owner refused to allow us to rebook for another time or refund us. Nice courts, very rude and not-customer friendly ownership. We will not return, and will reccommend any friends we meet who play also not to use the facilities.

Negative Erfahrung: Im Winter eine Zumutung. Die Halle ist nicht beheizt und man friert beim Spielen. Auf der Homepage oder bei der Buchung gibt es keinerlei Hinweis dazu. Die Umkleiden und Duschen sind alte, vergammelte Schiffscontainer. Nach kurzer Benutzung steht die Umkleide komplett unter Wasser und es tropft von der Decke. Jürgen, ich bin enttäuscht

If you are passionate about padel don’t hesitate to check this place out. The team and people around are always happy to help you organize the game, training or participate in the club events.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Best Padel Club in Berlin by far! The courts are in good state, easy to book, easy to find people to play with at any time of the day. Amazing community where you can find friends and lots of nice people always with a smile on their faces. Very helpful team that helps you to find trainers and everything you need, but most importantly, help you when something goes wrong, like getting an injury while playing for example. That is the best you can expect from a committed team. But the most highlight for me is the great support that we received to nurture a community of women players. We started being 12, and now we are 120, and all the way through, we only got great support, understanding of our interests and needs, and complete autonomy to shape our space. Thanks everyone and specially Dennis for this constant support!

Top Personal/Trainer vor Ort, besonders Dennis! Danke für euer Engagement! Die regelmäßigen Turniere sind super organisiert und machen jedes mal Spaß. Stern Nr. 6 gibt es für eine Chill-Ecke neben den Outdoorplätzen (Grill gibts ja schon :P) damit man die Lage an der Spree auch genießen kann und eine Urbansportspartnerschaft wäre perfekt. Freue mich auf die Saison 2024! VAMOS!

Fantastische Erfahrung: By far the best club in Berlin. Fantastic community and you truly see how Dennis does the best to make the club better and better each day! (That man is a rock!) Summers here are to die for, to grab a beer after a match or join the BBQs they host every now and then. New upgrade with the heated room is definitely gonna make it harder to leave this place, even during winter time.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Anlagen im super Zustand, der Besitzer und sportliche Leiter ist einfach richtig cool und entspannt - versucht es immer, einem Recht zu machen und findet immer Lösungen für kleinere Probleme. The style of the club blends 100% with the Berlin vibe and the atmosphere and community at Padel FC is unbeatable, so make sure to have time for a beer after the match :). When you pass by, don't forget to say hi to Dennis, he will help you out anytime and always receive you with a smile.

Positive Erfahrung: Went here to play Padel last Saturday. It was below 0°C outside and there is no proper heating in the place, but showers with hot water are available, which helped after we were done... So if you go in winter, make sure to bring enough clothing to keep warm. Would definetly appreciate a notice on the website or when one books a court. Might come again in Spring when the temperatures have risen.
