Negative Erfahrung: Sehr unfreundlicher und unprofessioneller Umgang. Auf Nachfragen wird patzig reagiert, keinerlei Kundenorientierung oder Kulanz. Nie wieder.

Positive Erfahrung: Tried padel at Padel Berlin and really enjoyed it. The game itself is easy to pick up, a mix between tennis and squash, and makes for a fun workout with friends. The courts are good and it’s a nice way to spend a couple of hours being active. there’s also a covered salon with a roof so you can still play when it rains

Positive Erfahrung: Es gibt Outdoor zwei Padel Plätze. Pro Person kosten 1,5h 13,50€ und ein Leihschläger 5€. Die Preise sind schon echt happig. Ich weiss nicht ob es gegen die Padel Regeln verstößt, aber ein Netz als Dach wäre echt hilfreich. Wir waren die meiste Zeit mit dem Bälle holen beschäftigt, was sich als schwierig erweist, da man um den kompletten Platz rumlaufen muss. Auch der Nachbar dürfte genervt sein, da die Bälle meistens auf seinem Grundstück landen. Urban Sports L Mitglieder zahlen übrigens nur 2,50€. Alles in allem hatten wir Spass beim Padeln, es war auch unser erstes Mal. Der Platz selbst ist in gutem Zustand, das drum herum, also die Nachbargrundstücke und die Gegend, eher bedingt, aber dafür kann der Betreiber ja nichts. Die Mitarbeiterin an dem Tag sprach nur Englisch, was für einige vielleicht ein wichtiger Hinweis ist :)

Die Plätze sind top gepflegt, die Ausrüstung modern, und selbst als Anfänger wurde ich mit Tipps unterstützt, die mich schnell besser werden ließen. Positive Erfahrung: 1 indoor, 2 outdoor courts. You can rent rackets for 5 eur. A set of 3 balls can be rented for 4 eur. Courts quality is 4/5. Overall it’s nice to play here and well maintained. Scheduling is too tight. Always booked out. Need to reserve at least one week in advance.

Negative Erfahrung: I've played here several times and also tried all other Padel courts in Berlin as soon as they opened. This was the first club, but now the quality of the courts and customer service is truly awful. They still rent the courts because the location is central. If the management understood the importance of creating a good atmosphere for the people that play there, it could be a nice club. But they don't. I decided to write this review after a few bad experiences. Just as an example, today we played in an exterior court that is not only in super bad conditions but it's also full of weeds around the edges. I've never seen such bad conditions anywhere else. Then, afterwards, when trying to get the Urban Sports refund, we were requested to send a Whatsapp message with super unclear rules. When trying to get the matter sorted, the treatment was quite rude and unhelpful. They basically want the booking information to be written in a very specific way, but don't share that information clearly. Even the example they send, doesn't follow what they want A simple Google forms would be done in 5 minutes and make it 100 times easier. But only if the clients mattered. Since they don't, it will probably stay the same.
