Fantastische Erfahrung: Super Tennisschule mit internationalen und hoch motivierten Coaches. Mein Sohn Kaspar hat erstmalig letztes Jahr das Professional Sommer Camp gemacht. Er war so begeistert, dass Herbst, Ostern und auch ein reguläres Training folgten. Diesen Sommer bin auch ich in den Genuss eines extrem guten Trainings gekommen, in dem ich Sachen korrigieren konnte, die ich schon lange falsch gemacht habe…. Danke an Steffi, Chris, David, Lennart und den „Profe“ César!!!

Negative Erfahrung: i have been visiting this course multiple times. The teachers are amazing but the workers there, they are extremely rude. They are giving not enough information and especially when it’s coming to payments, i pay for all the things i need to but i still get the same bad treatment. Me and my friend are not satisfied by das Verhalten der Arbeiter.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Top Training, Top Trainers and Facility!!! They really teach you individually how to play tennis and on top, Chris and his Team are ultra friendly!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich trainiere seit dem Sommer mit Spencer und bin super zufrieden - die Qualität der Trainer ist durchwegs sehr gut und ich habe schnell Fortschritte gemacht. Training hier macht immer super viel Spaß!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The best academy I've ever been to

Fantastische Erfahrung: Meine beiden Kinder waren eine Woche im Ostercamp. Es war anstrengend und sehr effektiv. Sie haben viel gelernt und möchten unbedingt im Sommer wieder eine Woche bei Spencer Tennis trainieren.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Die beste Akademie die es gibt ;)

Negative Erfahrung: The club advocates itself as a place "more than a club". However, the way they treated members is against this claim. Selected experience: (1) I notified the club in early Oct. 2023 to end my membership for 2024 due to my move to another country. But the club insisted that I should still pay the membership fees for 2024, citing that the notification should have been made by 30-Sep (which was only about one week ahead) and knowing that I would not be able to participate in any activity or cause any cost to the club. Meanwhile, the term of "notification by 30-Sep" was also not made obvious to its members, which put members at a disadvantage. The rigidness showed that the club only wanted to take advantage of its members to make money, without any intention of maintaining a customer relationship. (2) Poor coaching quality: My kids were in the "Kids Weekly Program" for two years. In the beginning, we were happy that the kids could have some fun playing there, but over time, there had been a lot of coach changes, and the most recent coach did not seem to play with the kids with passion and professionalism (he often started the play 5-10 min later and ended the session earlier. There was one session where the coach was just sitting with the kids for about 20 min). (3) Noise and smell: There're constantly airplane noises above the head. The courts are also close to a horse stable. The smell in summer could be very terrible on some days. If you're looking for tennis clubs for yourself or your kids, I recommend you look around and avoid this one (there're at least two other clubs in Lohausen and one in Kaiserswerth, to my knowledge).

Fantastische Erfahrung: Been training here for 2 almost 3 years and I’ve improved a lot thanks to the coaches, would highly recommend. Coaches speak all sorts of languages and are nice to you and easy to get along with while teaching you intensively.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have Booked my daughter ( 7 yrs) in for a 4 hour session in the "kids academy" during the school holiday . Found The Team members welcome and all the coache’s attitude excellent with the kids in the group. Highlighted technique and practice through numerous games which kept the kids fully engaged for the 4 hours session. My Daughter enjoyed it so much in the Academy and she is looking forward to continue training there and be there again for the next camp All round excellent !
